Macarons are these French sweets made with meringue, sugar, and almond flour and have a creamy filling that can be of many flavors. They are considered a delicacy of the confectionery due to the difficulty in making them. Almond flour must have a very fine consistency, and the temperature at which it is baked must be exact so that it has a crispy outside and a soft inside. Also, when assembling, you must be very delicate so that they do not break and do not leave a fingerprint. I chose the raspberry and chocolate flavors with coconut.
