This week is super busy and, it will probably be like that all month!
But I had to come here and show this Korean style fried rice. Fried rice is very popular in Asian cuisine and of course, I had to go and try this in a different version, made with rice in squid ink, kimchi, bacon, onion and chives, and seaweed powder. And a quail egg yolk to complete.
