When you come back from a trip hungry, there's nothing like eating something super tasty. And of course, some drinks. The Ohana restaurant in Seattle serves one of the best Hawaiian-Japanese foods and sushi in the city and has a casual atmosphere. And this time, I chose a Bento Box.

Bento Box is literally the Asian version of a Brazilian lunchbox and, in Seattle, most Asian restaurants have their version of Bento Box. It is composed of some type of carbohydrate (rice/pasta), protein, and vegetables. At Ohana, you have the option to choose between two or three proteins. I chose Chicken Katsu (breaded chicken), beef, and salmon Teriyaki. Rice and miso soup also came on the side.
Bento Box is very strong in Asian culture, and there are even competitions for the most beautiful boxes, as some people decorate the food in the form of drawings, anime, animals, etc., as a way to make the food look more appetizing, especially for children.
